Prior to joining Vendely Communications, Debbie worked as the Director of Marketing in the Los Angeles headquarters of the Philippine Animation Studio, Inc. (Pasi). She implemented campaigns for international public relations, marketing and advertising and produced a marketing demo reel to help sell the overseas studio to animation producers around the world. At sister-company, Matinee Entertainment, Debbie was also responsible for public relations and advertising for an animated television series, Kampung Boy, which won numerous awards including the prestigious Annecy Award for Best-Animated Series. She also planned several high-profile events.

Before Pasi, Debbie was the Director of Marketing at Flypaper Press,
a comic book publishing company, and handled all public relations and
marketing. Her successful media relations efforts generated a “buzz”
in Hollywood which lead the comic book properties to film and television deals.
One of those deals, the BoHoS comic book, is in development with the producers
of the film “Men In Black,” and the other deal became a full-fledged feature film
titled “Bulletproof Monk,” which became a box-office hit when it was released
nationwide on April 16, 2003. Debbie also produced a comic book web site, which
was recognized as an exemplary site in the Marketing on the Internet textbook.
Debbie graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Business Administration
and Marketing and a minor in Theatre.

Debbie is a member of the Public Relations Society of America,
The Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce and Vice President
of a BNI Networking Group. She and her family are proud members of the
Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Cumming, Georgia.
