Tim Fitzgerald
Vice President, Fitzgerald PR, Inc.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Maryville College in Tennessee, plus a non-corporate and entrepreneurial background Tim’s extensive life experience and creative ability (such as writing and photography) make him an integral part of the team.

After college Tim went to NYC to study acting at the Neighborhood Playhouse. He graduated and stayed in NY performing off Broadway plays and in Soap Operas. His extensive theatre background provides Tim with numerous “tips and tricks” on how to present oneself in front of an audience.

While in NYC he started catering and within two years became the Head Captain for the second largest catering company in the city. He didn’t stop there. As the top dog he implemented his own procedures for a party set-up and slashed the time by at least one third. This helped promote the company by saving their clients money, leading to more business and stronger bottom line.

In 1993 he moved to Los Angeles without a job, opened up the yellow pages
and started calling mortgage companies. Within a week he was studying for
his real estate license and working with a Santa Monica, based Mortgage Company,
named Armistead and Wallace. He helped process loans until he received his real
estate license in October of ’93. At the end of his first month he had 16 million
dollars in business!

In January 1996, Tim structured a deal with a top producing real estate agent and
became a real estate assistant. He and his agent reached and surpassed their goals
that year and the next. Last year that agent, who is still friends with Tim, made
over $500,000 net dollars.

Tim went out on-his-own and is his first year as an agent was Rookie of the Year,
Multiple times Salesmen of the Week, and thereafter, has always been asked to be
the Master of Ceremony for the company holiday parties and other highly visible
community events.

A Dale Carnegie graduate, Tim is Vice President of the Forsyth Christian Business
Leaders Association and is a working member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church
and the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce.
